Adult and Adolescent Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy

In-Person or Online Therapy

My approach draws from multiple therapeutic techniques and theories to tailor treatment to the individual needs of clients. It emphasises the integration of different therapeutic modalities rather than adhering strictly to one particular approach. The goal of integrative therapy is to address the complexities of the human experience and promote holistic healing by considering the interconnectedness of one's mind, emotions,  relationships, history and current environment.

Adolescent Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy for Adolescents

I aim to support teenagers (age 13-17) in developing healthy coping skills, enhancing self-awareness and self-esteem, improving interpersonal relationships, and fostering emotional resilience. By addressing the unique needs of adolescents within the context of their developmental stage and life circumstances, psychotherapy can empower teenagers to navigate the challenges of adolescence and thrive in their personal and academic lives.  Obstacles to development and learning include:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Self-Harm
  • Academic Stress
  • Family Conflict
  • Peer Relationships
  • Identity Development
  • Trauma and Abuse
  • Bullying
  • Attention Difficulties
