The goal of integrative therapy is to address the complexities of the human experience and promote holistic healing by considering the interconnectedness of one's mind, emotions, relationships, history and current environment.
I aim to support teenagers (age 13-17) in developing healthy coping skills, enhancing self-awareness and self-esteem, improving interpersonal relationships, and fostering emotional resilience. By addressing the unique needs of adolescents within the context of their developmental stage and life circumstances, psychotherapy can empower teenagers to navigate the challenges of adolescence and thrive in their personal and academic lives.
